7.考量會場人數受限，另於國立陽明交通大學 https://www.youtube.com/live/kkES9M44jGI?feature=share 平台，全程以直播方式進行，為鼓勵學生踴躍參與直播，直播中亦可一同參與獎品豐富的抽獎活動。
8.活動獎品計：和選旅餐劵、藍芽耳機、無線滑鼠、無線鍵盤、行動電源、7-11商品劵、梅竹賽紀念棒球衣、校長簽名書….近30個獎項。

National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University -- A meeting with the president
1. Event time：2023/4/20 (5:30p.m. till 7:20p.m.）
2. Venue：National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Guang Fu Campus 1001 STATION (Students’ Second Canteen third floor)
3. Host：Chairman of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Students Association (Chiao Tung Branch), President
4. Registration Quota：100 people limited
5. During the event, please dress appropriately and come to the event. Participants may enter the floor by using your student card starting from 5:20p.m. (We have guitar performance on 5:20p.m.-6:00p.m. During the symposium, we will also have Bingo games too.
6. Provided Meals：Korean rice rolls (main meal) & others (drinks and cookies)
7. Because of the seats limited, we well also stream on https://www.youtube.com/live/kkES9M44jGI?feature=share. To encourage students to participate, those who watch along the stream can also participate in the lucky draw and have a chance to win the prize.
8. Prizes ：The HO Hotel meal coupon, Wireless earphone, Wireless mouse, Wireless keyboard, Power bank, 7-11 coupon, Mei-Chu tournament commemorative baseball clothes, President's signature book … almost 30 goods.
